Position Overview




We are seeking a high-performing Automation Sales Manager to drive business growth for our advanced manufacturing solutions. You will lead the sales process for complex, high-value industrial automation projects, specifically focusing on Body-in-White (BIW) spot welding lines, robotic pick-and-place systems, and turnkey robotic integration. The ideal candidate possesses a deep technical understanding of automotive manufacturing automation alongside a proven track record of closing multi-million dollar capital equipment deals.

Key Responsibilities
• Business Development: Identify, target, and secure recent business prospects within automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and general manufacturing industries.
• Technical Consultation: Collaborate with customers to understand their production challenges and pitch tailor-made automation solutions, including BIW lines, robotic material handling, and vision-guided pick-and-place systems.
