About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing, result-oriented Corporate MICE Sales Manager with a proven track record in the event industry. The ideal candidate must possess deep domain expertise in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions/Events) and carry an active, direct network of decision-makers (CEOs, Admin Heads, HR Leaders, Procurement Heads) across corporate organizations.
You should be ready to hit the ground running and close event deals from Day 1 using your existing industry connections and event expertise.

Key Responsibilities
• Direct Business Development: Pitch and onboard corporate clients for end-to-end MICE events, corporate offsites, annual galas, product launches, and conferences.
• Leverage Existing Network: Tap into existing relationships with C-Suite executives (CEOs, CXOs), HR Heads, and Admin Directors to generate immediate event leads and conversions.
• Day-1 Revenue Generation:



Actively pipeline and close high-value corporate event bookings right from your onboarding.
• Client Relationship & Account Management: Build long-term partnerships with corporate accounts to ensure repeat event bookings and high retention.
• Custom Proposals & Pitching: Work closely with the operations and venue teams to curate tailored event solutions, budgets, and venue proposals for corporate clients.
• Negotiation & Closure: Handle commercial negotiations, contract approvals, payment timelines, and deal closings with corporate procurement teams.

Requirements & Qualification's
• Experience: 3 to 7+ years of core experience in Corporate Event Sales / MICE Sales (Candidates from event agencies, luxury hotel MICE sales, or corporate venue platforms preferred).
• Network & Connects: Active, direct network with Corporate Admin Heads, HR Heads, and CXOs across major corporate hubs.
