About the Role
We are looking for a confident and empathetic Academic Counsellor to guide students and parents in choosing the right courses and learning paths. You will be the first point of contact for prospective learners,
helping them understand our programs and supporting them through to enrolment.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound enquiries and follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
• Understand each student's academic background, career goals, and interests, and recommend suitable courses.
• Conduct counselling sessions (in person and over the phone) and explain course structure, fees, duration, and outcomes.
• Convert enquiries into admissions by following up consistently and addressing concerns from students and parents.
• Schedule and conduct demo classes, campus visits, and orientation sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM or tracking sheets.
• Achieve monthly enrolment and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new students.
