Position Summary
We are hiring a versatile Special Assistant to the Director to drive operational momentum, support client outreach, and manage high-priority executive workflows. This position combines strategic administrative support with active involvement in enterprise business development, client communications, and in office event coordination.

Core Responsibilities
Strategic Business Support & Client Engagement
• Deal Pipeline Tracking: Maintain and track prospective client interactions, enterprise leads, and active staffing accounts in our CRM system.
• Pitch Deck & Proposal Creation:



Help craft customized commercial proposals, client presentation decks, and service contracts for prospective corporate accounts.
• Client Relationship Coordination: Act as a reliable point of contact for external partners—managing meeting recaps, organizing follow-up calls, and tracking deal progress.
• Market Account Intelligence: Conduct research on target enterprise accounts, corporate decision-makers (CTOs, HR Heads), and regional market demands prior to sales discussions.
Field Operations & Travel Management
• Outstation Drive Leadership: Travel with leadership to execute on-site recruitment drives, client discovery meetings, and partner discussions in major centers (e.g., Kolkata, Hyderabad).
• In office Logistics Control: Manage event setups, coordinate candidate workflows during physical hiring drives, and address operational hurdles in real time.
• End-to-End Itinerary Planning: Book flights, hotels, and local transit while
