Altruist Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to join our US Process team. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in US-based customer service processes, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
This is an onsite role based at Panchkula IT Park, requiring candidates to work in a night shift aligned with US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions for US-based customers.
• Respond to customer queries professionally and provide accurate information and timely resolutions.
• Understand customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure effective resolution.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through qualified and empathetic communication.
• Follow established processes, policies, and service standards.
• Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the relevant systems.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.




• Maintain productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and US-process requirements.

Key Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in a US-based process.
• Prior experience working with US clients/customers is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Valuable computer proficiency and ability to work with customer service/CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
