Role Description The Tendering Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. The position involves managing end-to-end tender processes, including identifying relevant tender opportunities, analyzing requirements, and preparing compliant documentation. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to gather technical and commercial inputs, drafting and reviewing proposals, and ensuring timely submission of bids.



The Tendering Specialist will maintain accurate records of tenders and procurement activities, track tender outcomes, and support continuous improvement of the tendering process. The role also requires regular interaction with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to clarify specifications and align proposals with organizational objectives.
