Job Overview

Hybec Air is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales and business growth across Mumbai. The role involves extensive field sales, client visits, lead generation, relationship building, and business development.

Experience working with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, dealers, or real estate professionals will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, references, and market research.
Visit and meet potential customers, architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and dealers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Present and demonstrate Hybec Air fans and lighting solutions to clients and business partners.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Follow up on leads, quotations, enquiries, and proposals to convert them into sales.




Identify recent market opportunities and expand the customer/dealer network.
Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
Maintain regular sales reports, lead records, and follow-up updates.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and business development targets.
Keep track of competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Field Sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with regular field visits across Mumbai.
Ability to generate leads independently and convert prospects into customers.
Positive presentation and relationship-management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, email, and CRM/sales reporting tools.
