Title: Payroll Analyst

Reporting to: Lead Perks & Payroll Manager

Location: Bangalore, India

Department: Human Resources

The Payroll Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day execution of US payroll, with growing ownership of UK and India payroll over time,



plus a supporting role in global perks operations.

This position partners closely with global HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to deliver a high-quality employee experience while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Coordination

• Process and execute end-to-end US payroll each pay cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery
• Maintain payroll data integrity within Workday, including new hires, terminations, pay changes, and other employee updates
• Serve as the primary point of contact for US payroll questions from employees and internal stakeholders
• Partner with Finance and accounting to reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and support audits
• Support payroll system testing, configuration updates, and process improvements
• Over time, take on end-to-end payroll processing for the UK and India as the role expands into a multi-
