We are looking for an ambitious, result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive our polymer sales division, expand our market presence, and generate robust business growth across West Bengal and neighboring regions.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the sales of polymers (such as PE, PP, PVC, EVA, or related synthetic polymers/resins). The ideal candidate will take end-to-end ownership of the commercial pipeline—from aggressive lead generation and new client acquisition to negotiation, deal closing, and account management.
Key Responsibilities• End-to-End Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales journey from cold outreach and lead generation to contract finalization and post-sales coordination.
• Current Business Acquisition: Identify, target,



and onboard new industrial clients, manufacturers, and end-users of polymer raw materials across West Bengal and surrounding territories.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain robust, regular communication with existing key accounts to ensure recurring orders, long-term retention, and maximum customer satisfaction.
• Market Intelligence & Strategy: Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand fluctuations in the polymer industry to formulate effective sales tactics and competitive pricing strategies.
• Sales Targets & Revenue Growth: Meet and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and revenue targets set by the management.
• Pipeline & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline forecasts, and daily/weekly performance reports to present to leadership.
