Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to support clinical operations at our HRBR branch. The ideal candidate will assist doctors during consultations and procedures, ensure high standards of patient care, and help maintain smooth day-to-day clinical workflow.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist consultant doctors during patient consultations, minor procedures, and cosmetic treatments
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and consumables prior to procedures, ensuring sterility and readiness
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures; observe for any adverse reactions and report promptly




• Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care instructions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment notes, and clinical documentation
• Manage inventory of medical supplies, consumables, and equipment; coordinate restocking as needed
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, sterilization, and infection-control protocols
• Handle minor emergencies or adverse events with appropriate first-response care and escalate to the doctor as required
• Coordinate with the clinical and administrative team to ensure a smooth patient journey
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold qualified and ethical standards at all times

Required Qualifications & Skills
• GNM or BSc Nursing degree from a recognized institution
• Valid Nursing Council registration
• Freshers welcome; prior experience in a cosmetic/dermatology/aesthetic clinic is an added advantage
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-first attitud
