Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales to support business growth, manage key customer relationships, generate recent business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. The candidate should have strong knowledge of the semiconductor industry and experience in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and customer visits.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Handle customer enquiries, RFQs, quotations, negotiations, and order follow-ups.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the Purchase team for sourcing and availability. Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding pricing, delivery schedules, product availability, and order status.




• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Develop recent customer accounts across OEMs, EMS/CEMs, distributors, and other electronics-related industries.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Maintain accurate sales data, customer records, quotations, and order status in the CRM/ERP system. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
• Support the Sales Manager in developing sales strategies and achieving team objectives.
