Role Description The Senior Buyer role is a full time hybrid position based in Current Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for sourcing and purchasing fabrics, trims, and finished fashion accessories that align with Texinvento’s design, quality, and cost requirements. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating pricing and contracts, monitoring order status,



and ensuring timely delivery to support production schedules. The Senior Buyer will collaborate closely with design, production, and sales teams to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and adjust buying strategies based on market trends and customer feedback. The role also involves reviewing product performance, analyzing data to optimize supplier relationships, and supporting compliance with ethical, sustainable sourcing standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion or apparel buying, merchandising, or sourcing, ideally with export-focused or accessories-based businesses.
• Solid skills in supplier management, negotiation, and contract coordination to secure quality products at competitive prices.
