Role Description This is a full time, in office Inside Sales Executive role based in Chennai. The Inside Sales Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with prospective and existing customers,



and explain loan and mortgage products in a clear, customer-centric manner. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable financial solutions, and coordinating with internal teams and lending partners. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, following up on applications, and supporting customers throughout the loan process to ensure timely closure. The Inside Sales Executive will work towards achieving sales targets, contributing to lead generation activities, and providing consistent, high-quality customer service aligned with Urban Money’s advisory approach.
