The role will have the ability to influence our future development along with working closely with both our product group & global teams.

You will become a member of the Crushing business unit, reporting to the global product line manager of Compact crushers.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to internal teams and customers
• Conduct site visits and support the business in converting prospects
• Act as the subject matter expert for product performance, field applications, and value optimization.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to improve product designs, machine performance, and operational efficiency.
• Support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of equipment and components.
• Assist Procurement and Engineering with supplier qualification,



vendor development, and technical evaluations.
• Develop and deliver technical training programs for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, support R&D; projects, and contribute to product portfolio development and quality standards.
• Identifies Sales support needs for the regions including training, sales materials etc.

What You Bring

• Jaw & Cone crusher technical & applications knowledge specifically in aggregate applications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Proven success in a technical, product support, or engineering-focused role within mining, heavy industry, or industrial equipment environments.
• Solid problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
