About the Studio
18% Gray Studio is photography and creative studio with Hyderabad's first 3D Cycloramic wall. We work on actor portfolios and look tests, portraits, pets, weddings, content creation, creative shoots and studio rentals.
We are looking for a responsible, organized and proactive Studio Coordinator to help manage the day-to-day studio activities and coordinate with clients, photographers and the creative team.
What You’ll Do
• Coordinate daily studio operations and ensure the space is ready for scheduled shoots.
• Manage bookings, schedules and shoot assignments.
• Handle client enquiries through WhatsApp, phone and email; understand requirements and share quotations and booking details.
• Follow up with enquiries, convert them into bookings, and build opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track bookings,



payments and project deliveries, keeping client details and schedules updated in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Assist with invoices, basic reports, administrative tasks and day-to-day coordination with the studio owner.

What We’re Looking For
You should be:
• Positive with people and confident speaking with clients.
• Well organized and good at follow-ups.
• Responsible and willing to take ownership.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks.
• Positive with WhatsApp, email, Excel/Google Sheets and basic computer work.
• Comfortable communicating in English, Hindi and Telugu.
• Interested in photography, media, creative work or working with people.

Experience
1–4 years preferred, but freshers with the right attitude and good communication skills are welcome.
Experience in photography, weddings, events, film/production, creative agencies, hospitality, sales or customer service will be an advantage.
