Reliance Jio is looking for enthusiastic and passionate Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our Network Construction team.
This is an exciting chance for fresh engineering graduates to gain hands-on exposure to Network Construction Tea.
• Support OSP construction and project execution activities as per approved plans, specifications, quality and safety standards.
• Support site surveys, project planning, execution tracking and monitoring of OSP infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with construction teams, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders for timely execution of project activities.
• Assist in preparation of project trackers, MIS, dashboards and progress reports.
• Support identification and resolution of project execution issues, risks, delays and dependencies.
• Assist in understanding and implementing engineering drawings, technical specifications, BOQs and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress against planned milestones and highlight deviations to the concerned team.
• Support project documentation, review meetings and closure of project action points.
• Develop understanding of OSP processes covering planning, engineering, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Participate in process improvement, method statements, productivity improvement and other project initiatives as assigned.
• Work across Construction, Planning, PMO and Engineering functions to gain cross-functional exposure.
