About the Role
We are looking for experienced and target-oriented Sales Professionals to join our B2B Sales team. We are open to hiring at both Sales Executive and Sales Head levels, depending on the candidate’s experience, industry exposure, client network, and ability to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, new client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation, preferably within the packaging or manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new B2B customers and generate business opportunities.
• Identify and approach potential clients across FMCG, Food, HORECA, QSR, Retail, Bakery, Sweets, RTE and related industries.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to sampling,



negotiation, order conversion and collection.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for suitable product solutions.
• Conduct regular market visits and generate current business through field sales.
• Track competitor activities, market trends and pricing.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain regular records of customer meetings, visits, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
• Coordinate with Production, PPC, Purchase, Quality and other departments to ensure smooth order execution.
• Ensure timely follow-up on payments and collections from assigned customers.
