Role Description This is a full time, in office Human Resources Manager role based in Indore. The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for store and corporate teams. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining compliant documentation,



and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company standards. The Human Resources Manager will support managers with workforce planning, training and development initiatives, and engagement activities to foster a positive and high-performance culture. Day-to-day responsibilities also include handling HR data and reports, addressing employee queries, coordinating with leadership on strategic HR initiatives, and supporting change management across the growing network.
