About the Role
Role Purpose
The role will serve as a strategic, analytical and execution partner to the CHRO, enabling data-driven decision-making and effective delivery of key HR and organizational priorities.
The role will work closely with HR leadership, Business HR, functional leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to translate data into insights, insights into action, and strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.
The position will have significant exposure to HR analytics, leadership reviews, strategic projects, business planning, process transformation and executive-level communication.
Responsibilities
• HR Analytics & Business Insights
• Develop and deliver executive dashboards, MIS and management reports to enable informed leadership decision-making.
• Analyze HR and business data to identify trends, patterns, prospects, gaps and emerging areas of intervention.
• Translate complex data into transparent, concise and actionable management insights.
• Develop analytical models, scenarios and data-driven perspectives to support strategic HR decisions.
• Support data visualization and reporting automation using tools such as Advanced Excel, Power BI, BusinessObjects or other relevant platforms.
• Leverage emerging AI-enabled tools and technologies to enhance HR analytics, reporting and decision-making.
• Strategic Project Management
• Drive and orchestrate CHRO-led strategic HR initiatives and organization-wide projects from conceptualization through implementation.
• Develop structured project charters, roadmaps, milestones, governance mechanisms, trackers and success measures.
• Monitor project progress and identify risks, dependencies, bottlenecks and deviations, driving timely resolution.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
