Role Description The Accounts Executive for Accounting Work is a full time, in office role based in Faridabad. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting activities, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, preparing vouchers, and reconciling bank and vendor accounts. The Accounts Executive will assist in preparing invoices, monitoring receivables and payables, supporting GST/TDS compliance,



and helping with monthly and annual closing activities. The position also includes preparing basic financial reports, coordinating with internal teams and external auditors, and ensuring that documentation and records are accurate and up to date. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to accounting standards, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including ledger management, journal entry posting, bank reconciliation, and hands-on experience with accounts payable and receivable.
• Candidates should possess competency in financial compliance and reporting, such as GST/TDS understanding, invoice and billing processes, and basic support for financial statements and audits.
