About the RoleWe are looking for an E-Learning & Digital Content Production Specialist to manage the end-to-end production of digital learning content, including studio-based recording, camera operations, video editing, course assembly, LMS/content uploading and quality assurance.
The role will involve working closely with faculty, trainers, subject-matter experts and internal teams to convert lectures and training material into qualified, structured and learner-focused digital courses.

Key Responsibilities




Manage end-to-end e-learning and digital learning content production, including studio operations and course development.
Handle camera setup, lecture recording, audio/video production and studio coordination.
Edit and produce skilled learning videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
Organize course assets and manage LMS/course uploading, publishing and content updates.
Conduct quality checks, revisions and documentation of digital learning content.
Coordinate with faculty, trainers and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality course delivery.
