Role Description

The “Field Sales Executive – Healthcare Saas” is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and qualifying healthcare prospects, conducting in-person meetings and product demos, and clearly articulating the value of Akrys AI’s SaaS solutions to decision-makers such as clinic owners, administrators, and Doctors. The Field Sales Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, needs assessment, proposal creation,



negotiation, and closing deals, while maintaining accurate records in the CRM. The role also includes building strong relationships, gathering product feedback from customers, collaborating with marketing and product teams, and consistently working toward meeting and exceeding sales targets within the assigned territory.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales or business development, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or B2B technology environments.
• Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management, with the ability to prioritize and organize a high-volume territory.
• Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical products in explicit business terms.
• Customer relationship-building abilities, including follow-up discipline, account management, and a consultative selling approach.
• Comfort with using CRM
