About the Role
Tudemick is looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation & Student Enrollment Executive who can generate qualified student leads organically and convert them into enrollments.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, persuasive, target-driven, and comfortable using social media, communities, referrals, and other organic channels to identify and engage prospective students.

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified student leads organically through social media, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, student communities, referrals, networking, and other channels.

Identify students who are actively looking for courses, career guidance, or skill-development programs.

Engage with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, chat, and social media.

Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable Tudemick programs.

Follow up consistently with interested prospects and move them through the enrollment journey.





Conduct counseling calls and address questions regarding courses, fees, curriculum, career opportunities, and enrollment.

Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up status in the CRM/lead tracker.

Work toward achieving weekly and monthly enrollment targets.

Build and maintain an organic pipeline of prospective students.

Develop current strategies for generating leads without depending solely on paid advertising.

Track conversion rates and identify opportunities to improve the sales process.

Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to improve lead quality and student conversions.
