Role Description The Academic Coach – PROPEL is a full time, in office role based in Rohtak, supporting schools that implement LEAD’s PROPEL multi-modal learning solution.



This role involves closely partnering with school leaders and teachers to improve classroom practices, drive academic rigor, and ensure effective use of LEAD’s curriculum and technology. The Academic Coach will conduct classroom observations, model lessons, and provide regular coaching sessions and workshops to build teacher capability and confidence. The role includes monitoring student learning outcomes, analyzing performance data, and recommending interventions to improve results. The Academic Coach will also coordinate implementation activities, gather feedback from stakeholders, and collaborate with internal teams to refine training and support materials.
