Role Description The Human Resources Intern at Skillstango will support the HR team in daily operations and contribute to creating an productive, inclusive, and engaging workplace. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and supporting onboarding and orientation activities. The intern will help draft and update HR documentation, assist in implementing HR policies, and support initiatives related to employee engagement,



benefits communication, and performance feedback. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, requiring regular collaboration with cross-functional teams and participation in HR projects and process improvements.
Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices.
