Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna, responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening Feedrani’s presence in the livestock, poultry, and aqua farming sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and developing new business prospects, managing relationships with existing customers, and conducting regular field visits to farms, distributors, and partners.



The role involves presenting product offerings, explaining technical and commercial benefits, negotiating pricing and contracts, and ensuring timely order execution and collections. The Sales Manager collaborates closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to execute sales campaigns, gather market insights, and refine strategies. The position also includes tracking sales performance, preparing reports, mentoring junior sales staff where applicable, and representing the brand at local events, meetings, and training sessions.
