Role Description The Branch Sales Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Jharsuguda, responsible for driving business growth for the branch. The role involves generating leads, meeting prospective customers, explaining loan products, and supporting them through the application and documentation process.



The Branch Sales Executive will maintain relationships with existing customers, follow up on renewals and collections, and collaborate with branch and operations teams to ensure smooth disbursements. Daily activities include field visits, regular reporting of sales activities, tracking performance against targets, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance standards. The role requires proactive engagement with local markets, dealerships, and partners to expand the customer base and improve branch performance.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and customer service.
• Basic knowledge of finance and lending processes, with the ability to explain loan products and documentation requirements clearly.
