Responsibilities:
Leading the operating system of Blissclub
Lead the development and execution of the company’s AOP and Goal setting process,



ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Collaborate with department heads to define quarterly and annual OKRs, ensuring they are measurable and aligned with the company's overall objectives
Track progress against OKRs, identify potential roadblocks, and work with teams to develop action plans to address any issues
Operational Excellence
Design, implement, and manage the Blissclub’s operating framework, ensuring that processes and workflows are optimised for efficiency.
Monitor the execution of the company’s strategic initiatives and provide regular updates to the CEO and leadership team.
Identify prospects for process improvement and work with cross-functional teams to implement changes

Act as the CEO’s right-hand person in driving key strategic projects and initiatives across the company.
