Job Description:
• Zippee is looking for ambitious and analytical Assistant Program Managers (Operations) to join our team in Gurugram. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of dark store operations, last-mile delivery, and central P&L; ownership.
• You will manage key workflows, launch projects across India, and work cross-functionally to improve efficiency, reduce cost-per-order, and ensure SLA adherence at scale.

You will start by managing programs and projects in Central Ops and grow into leading BUs at Zippee. Expect to don multiple hats: from problem-solver to on-ground operator to cross-functional collaborator, as you help drive execution and scale.
