Role Description The Relationship Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. This role involves managing and nurturing client relationships across residential, commercial,



and investment real estate segments, ensuring personalized guidance and a smooth end-to-end experience. The Relationship Manager will handle property inquiries, conduct client meetings, understand client requirements, present suitable property options, and support clients through negotiations and transaction processes. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, maintaining accurate client records, tracking leads, and following up to convert prospects into successful closures. The role also includes providing post-sale support, gathering client feedback, and contributing to business growth through networking, market research, and participation in sales and marketing initiatives.
