Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will lead and supervise a team of financial advisors, drive loan product sales, and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets. Responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, training and mentoring team members, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and partner financial institutions. The role involves regular client meetings,



pipeline management, reporting on sales metrics, and maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance. The Sales Manager is expected to identify new business opportunities, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
