Role Description The GM Quality role is a full time, in office position based in the Pune Division. The role is responsible for leading the organization’s quality function, developing and implementing quality policies, and ensuring adherence to company standards across all projects.



Day-to-day tasks include overseeing quality control activities at project sites, monitoring compliance with ISO and internal quality systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The GM Quality will coordinate quality audits, analyze quality performance data, and collaborate with project, engineering, and safety teams to address non-conformities and prevent recurrence. The role also involves mentoring quality teams, supporting training programs, engaging with clients on quality-related matters, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and environmental requirements.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Quality Management and Total Quality Management (TQM), with the ability to design and implement organization-wide quality frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, particularly in construction or civil engineering projects.
• Proficiency in conducting internal and external Auditing for ISO and project-specific standards
