Role Description The Company Secretary intern will support corporate governance and compliance activities,



ensuring that statutory and regulatory requirements are met for clients and internal entities. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with preparation and filing of corporate documents, maintaining statutory registers and records, drafting minutes of meetings, and coordinating board and shareholder meetings under guidance. The intern will help review regulatory updates, prepare compliance checklists, and support communication with regulatory authorities and professional advisors as needed.
