Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead and manage construction activities for a Data Center Project. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in large-scale building construction, with preference given to specialists who have handled Data Center or High-Rise Building Projects.

The role requires robust expertise in project execution, site management, planning, coordination, quality, safety, and timely completion of construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall construction activities at the project site.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day construction activities to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.




• Ensure construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, QA/QC, Safety, Procurement, and MEP teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and identify delays, bottlenecks, and site-level issues.
• Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources.
• Review construction methodologies and ensure proper execution at site.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients for technical clarifications and site requirements.
• Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and statutory requirements at the project site.
• Conduct regular site meetings and review progress with project teams.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
