Role Description The Sales Specialist role at Traverse Yatra is a full time, remote position focused on driving bookings and nurturing client relationships. In this role, the Sales Specialist will respond to inquiries, present suitable travel packages,



and create customized itineraries based on client preferences and budget. The position involves managing the sales pipeline, following up with leads, converting prospects into confirmed bookings, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or related systems. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery of travel services, resolve issues promptly, and support repeat and referral business. Day-to-day activities include outbound and inbound communication through phone, email, and messaging platforms, preparing proposals, and contributing feedback to improve sales strategies and travel offerings.
