About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to manage qualified customer inquiries and convert them into clients. This is a consultative sales and client-handling role focused on understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable services, building relationships, and achieving conversion targets.
Note: This role involves working on qualified inbound inquiries and follow-ups. Cold calling is not required.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle qualified customer inquiries and convert leads into successful clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business, legal, tax, and compliance services.
• Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and digital communication channels.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain professional communication throughout the sales process.




• Build and maintain solid client relationships.
• Handle client objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
• Maintain accurate client information, follow-ups, and sales pipelines in CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Achieve individual sales, conversion, and revenue targets.

Requirements & Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA or Business-related qualification will be an added advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Client Relationship, Account Management, or Consultative Sales.
• Fresh candidates with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
• Robust verbal and written communication skills.
• Good follow-up, negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
• Ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Experience with CRM tools
