Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Field Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, visit client sites, and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and project stakeholders. Responsibilities include presenting product portfolios, preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation. The role also involves tracking sales pipelines, reporting market insights, and contributing to local promotional activities to strengthen Glassentials’ presence in the region.
Qualifications
• Strong field sales, business development, and client relationship management skills, preferably in building materials or architectural products.
• Ability to conduct on-site meetings, product demonstrations, and project follow-ups with a focus on solution-based selling.
• Valuable communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with architects, designers, and procurement teams.
• Basic proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms to manage leads, quotations, and sales reports.
• Sound understanding of local market dynamics in Ahmedabad and surrounding regions; prior experience in the glass, façade, or
