Brief Role Overview
• Vetting & Drafting Documents and Deeds
• Preparing notes and briefs for Advocates, Solicitors & Counsels.
• Preparing legal strategies in consultation with the management & various consultants
• Preparing replies, submissions, written statements, etc. for various different matters
• Attending court hearings along with the AOR/Counsels, from time to time
• Legal Research




• Other Legal work as may be required from time to time.
Skilled/Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Civil Law
• Proficiency in Drafting
• Positive grasp over the English Language
• Knowledge of real estate and property related laws
• Knowledge of Housing Society Laws, RERA, SRA, etc. would be preferred
• Basic Knowledge of Marathi would be preferred
• Previous experience with a Builder would be preferred
