Role Description This is a full time, on-site PGT Accountancy role based at ElevateEducation’s Sikar campus. The role involves planning and delivering engaging accountancy lessons for senior secondary commerce students, aligned with relevant curricula and exam requirements.



The PGT Accountancy educator will explain complex accounting concepts with clarity, use real-world examples to support understanding, and conduct regular assessments to track learner progress. Responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, maintaining academic records, supporting exam preparation, and providing constructive feedback. The role also includes collaborating with other faculty members, participating in academic planning, and contributing to a positive, learner-centered classroom setting.
Qualifications

• Strong subject knowledge in Accountancy and Commerce, including financial accounting, company accounts, and core principles taught at the senior secondary level.
• Experience in classroom teaching or coaching for 11th and 12th Commerce or related competitive and professional exams (e.g., CA Foundation, CMA, CS, ACCA) is highly beneficial.
