Position Overview
The Engineering & Process Manager – CBG will be responsible for leading process engineering, technology development, plant design, technical proposals, and engineering coordination for Compressed Biogas (CBG) and biogas projects.



The role requires robust knowledge of anaerobic digestion, feedstock evaluation, process design, equipment selection, and coordination across engineering, commercial, execution, and customer teams.
Key Responsibilities
Process Engineering
• Develop process concepts and process design for CBG/biogas plants.
• Evaluate feedstock characteristics, including agricultural residues, press mud, food waste, fruit waste, Napier grass, cattle dung, and other organic substrates.
• Carry out feedstock assessment, biogas yield calculations, organic loading, hydraulic retention time, digester sizing, and mass/energy balances.
• Develop and review PFDs, P&IDs;, process calculations, equipment specifications, and process datasheets.
• Optimize digester configuration, mixing systems, feeding systems, gas handling, and downstream processes.
• Provide technical inputs for plant performance guarantees and commis
