About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Staff Manual Quality Engineer to lead and execute high-quality testing processes for complex applications. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in manual testing and analytical skills ensuring product quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities




• Lead QA efforts for projects, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Analyze business requirements and create test strategies, plans, and cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and Performance testing.
• Identify, document, and use defect tracking software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Product, DevOps).
• Conduct risk analysis and recommend quality improvements.
• Drive QA process improvements and best practices.
• Participate in release planning and provide quality sign-off.

Leadership Responsibilities
• Conduct peer reviews of test cases and reports.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex testing issues.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and team skill development.
• Collaborate with management to define QA strategies and approach.
