Position – Area Sales Manager
Location – Delhi
Reporting to – Regional Sales Manager
Role Objective
Lead the assigned territory by driving sales, developing a high-performing team, and building solid
relationships with Dermatologists, hospitals, distributors, and key healthcare professionals to achieve
business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Drive sales and achieve territory targets. Lead, coach and mentor Territory Sales Managers. Build relationships with Dermatologists, hospitals and clinics. Increase prescription generation through scientific product promotion. Manage distributors and ensure product availability. Execute promotional and marketing initiatives. Monitor market trends, competition and business opportunities.
Candidate Profile 7+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience. Team handling experience. Mandatory experience in handling Dermatologists (Derma Doctors). Robust exposure to prescription-based selling and hospital business. Excellent leadership, communication and relationship management skills. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
