Role Description This full time, on-site Voice Quality Analyst / Call Auditor role is based in Noida and focuses on monitoring and evaluating calls within international voice processes (including GCP and captive/GCC/in-house environments). The role involves listening to and auditing customer interactions, assessing adherence to scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards,



and documenting findings in a structured format. The Voice Quality Analyst will prepare quality reports, highlight performance trends, and share actionable feedback with operations and training teams. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with team leaders to improve call handling, conducting root-cause analysis for quality issues, and supporting calibration sessions to align evaluation criteria. The role also includes recommending process and training improvements to enhance customer experience and overall voice quality performance.
