Role Description The Officer – Human Resources (HR)



will oversee core HR operations and contribute to building a supportive, compliant, and performance-oriented workplace. This full-time, in office role is based in Vasai and involves managing HR processes such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. The HR Officer will support the development and implementation of HR policies, assist with job description creation, and help ensure adherence to legal and organizational guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling employee queries, supporting employee relations initiatives, coordinating performance review cycles, and assisting with training and development activities. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to promote an inclusive work culture, manage attendance and basic payroll inputs, and support HR reporting and documentation.
