Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Scientist with 2–3 years of experience to contribute to the design, development, and implementation of AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Python, machine learning, data analysis, and model development, with a valuable understanding of AI technologies and exposure to deploying models in real-world applications.
This role requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration to develop scalable and impactful data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, train, and optimize Machine Learning and AI models for real-world business applications
• Perform data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, and feature engineering
• Apply appropriate machine learning algorithms to solve business and analytical problems
• Build and evaluate classification, regression, clustering, and predictive models
• Work with large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights
• Perform model evaluation,



error analysis, and hyperparameter tuning to improve model performance
• Develop solutions using Python and popular Data Science/ML libraries
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, software developers, and data engineers to understand requirements and deliver AI/ML solutions
• Assist in the deployment and integration of ML models into production environments
• Follow best practices for coding, experimentation, documentation, version control, and model development
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Data Science
• Contribute to continuous improvement of existing models and data-driven solutions

Required Skills
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, AI, or Machine Learning
• Robust programming skills in Python
• Good hands-on experience with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, and Seaborn
