Role Description This is a full time, in office Client Relationship Manager role based in the Pune Division. The Client Relationship Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of clients across residential, commercial, and land segments, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the property lifecycle. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, presenting suitable property options, coordinating site visits,



and supporting negotiation and documentation with internal teams and legal advisors. The role involves maintaining accurate client records, tracking leads, and preparing regular updates and reports on client activity and deal status. The Client Relationship Manager will also identify new business opportunities, build long-term relationships with investors and property owners, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure a high-quality client experience.
