Role Description This is a full-time, in office Human Resources Executive role based in Kolkata. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, and coordinating onboarding and induction programs. The role includes administering HR policies, overseeing attendance and leave management,



and assisting with performance management and appraisal cycles. The person in this position will address employee queries, support employee engagement initiatives, and help resolve workplace concerns in alignment with organizational values. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with management to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards while contributing to a positive, inclusive work environment.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to oversee core HR functions.
• Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, documentation, and HR administration.
• Proficiency in Employee Relations, with skills in handling employee queries, supporting conflict resolution, and fostering engagement.
