Role Overview

This Sr. Sales Engineer role is a full time, on-site position based in Chakan, Pune, reporting to the Sales Head. You will own the sales cycle, dealer relationships, and market expansion across oil & gas, chemical, and pharmaceutical sectors—driving revenue growth while building lasting technical partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the complete sales cycle for non-sparking tools:



prospecting and lead qualification → technical consultation → proposal preparation and negotiation → order execution and delivery.

• Provide technical authority: Explain material properties, tools selection, certifications, and process capabilities to customers and channel partners; recommend tailored solutions for hazardous-setting applications.

• Manage key accounts and pan-India direct customers; conduct customer visits, site audits, and technical presentations.

• Coordinate internally with engineering, production, and quality teams to meet customer specifications and delivery timelines.

• Own after-sales support: Troubleshoot application issues, resolve quality concerns, and maintain customer satisfaction to drive repeat business.

• Track market trends and competitive activity; identify opportunities in target sectors; prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports, forecasts, and dealer performance reviews.
