We are looking for an experienced Admission Manager to manage admissions operations, drive business and revenue targets, and build strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and drive the admissions process to achieve assigned admission and revenue targets.
• Guide and support the admissions and counselling team in achieving individual and overall targets.
• Develop relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
• Oversee lead generation, follow-ups, counselling, conversions, and enrollment activities.
• Handle key student and parent discussions and support the team with complex queries and negotiations.
• Monitor team performance, lead conversion, and admission progress through the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
• Track admission performance and prepare regular reports for management.




• Stay updated on university programs, eligibility criteria, scholarships, and industry trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve admissions performance and business growth.
