Key Responsibilities:




• Business Transformation & Analysis: Conduct in-depth business analysis of assigned clients to identify organizational gaps, operational bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Program Execution: Support the development, execution, and monitoring of transformation plans, driving the Udaan Foundation Program and Udaan Transformation Program successfully.
• Process Adoption: Guide clients hands-on in adopting recommended processes, new systems, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Workshops & Business Development: Conduct high-impact Business Development workshops for clients and proactively identify current transformation opportunities arising from workshop discussions.
• Client Visits & Field Work: Visit client locations for on-ground implementation, deep-dive reviews, and operational analysis (involving outstation travel of approximately 4–7 days per engagement).
